Wildlife Tourism Australia AGM 12.30pm EST this Wednesday

The AGM of WTA will be held 12.30pm EST Wednesday 24th November 2010.

That means

  • 12.30pm  Queensland,
  • 1.30pm  NSW, Victoria and Tasmania,
  • 1.00pm South Australia and Northern Territory
  • 10.30am Western Australia

This will be followed by a general meeting to discuss the constitution, the website, projects for 2011 and other matters: let me know ASAP if there are  issues you would like  included

Members in southeast Qld or northern NSW are very welcome to join us at the Araucaria property, 1770 Running Creek Road, via Rathdowney. If coming from the north or west, come to Rathdowney, take Running Creek Road from the post office, and drive 17.7km. The Araucaria property begins on the left after Taaffe Bridge, but the house (meeting venue) is on the right after the next bridge, through the green gate (you’ll see a large green shed with a nural of  cockatoos). If coming from NSW take the Lions Road (north of Kyogle) over the border. After Moran’s Bridge you will pass the Andrew Drynan camping reserve on your right and the Araucaria gate is to your left around the next corner. Since this will be the usual lunch time for many folk, we will have food and drink available throughout the meeting, and if you feel like bringing along something to share as well I’m surfe that will be very welcome.

If you live elsewhere or simply can’t make it physically but would like to join us electronically, let me know your skype name (email me at platypuscorner@bigpond.com before Wednesday).

If you don’t have skype, you can still join the meeting via email, by emailing platypuscorner@bigpond.com just before the meeting begins and staying online throughout.

Failing all of that, you can still have a presence by proxy. If you do not already have a proxy form let me know and I’ll email one to you.
