Situated between Palm cove and Port Douglas, featuring lagoon boat cruises enabling guaranteed viewing of large saltwater crocodiles and other wetland wildlife in a natural melaleuca lagoon; a crocodile walk through billabongs containing salt and freshwater crocs; turtle pond; waterbird habitat; rainforest cassowary walk; koala display; restaurant overlooking the lagoon; multipurpose amphitheatre for our famous 3.00pm “Crocodile Attack Show”, all set in a World Heritage listed bushland setting. Designed for wheelchair access. Tours of our adjoining crocodile farm are also available.

Our brand new Macalister Education Centre is an interpretive display focusing on the history, geology and natural features of this very special part of the Wet tropics World Heritage Area. The Centre will include static and tactile displays as well as live exhibits including fish, reptiles and insects.
