The award-winning Cleland Wildlife Park is one of South Australia’s must-see attractions.  Located in a beautiful natural bushland setting, only 20 minutes drive from Adelaide, Cleland offers visitor’s many memorable opportunities to discover more than 130 species of South Australia’s captivating wildlife.  Many animals are free-roaming in the 35-hectare park, creating wonderful impromptu opportunities to touch and interact with our native wildlife.

Cleland offers daily interactive koala close-up sessions and keeper talks, engaging interpretation and self-guided discovery trails all year round.  You can even hold a koala and have this special experience captured with a souvenir photo (additional fee applies).  Personal encounters with South Australian wildlife, combined with a licensed café and souvenir shop, ensures Cleland offers something for everyone.

Cleland is open from 9.30am to 5pm daily (closed Christmas Day).
